● 1 cup sweetcorn
● 2 cup mustard oil
● 1/2 tbsp basan
● 3 tbsp dahi
● 3 pyaz

● 1/2 inch adrak
● 10 lahson ki kaliya
● 1 tbsp haldi powder
● 1/2 tbsp lal mirch powder
● 1 tbsp daniya powder
● 1/2 tbsp kasmiri mirch powder
● 2 hari mirch
● 1/2 inch dalchini
● 4 pice long
● 1/2 tbsp jira
● 1/2 tbsp garm masala
● 1/2 tbsp aamchor powder
● daniya patta
● namak sawad ke anusar
Cook Karne Ka Method
Sweetcorn ko 2 hour ke liye pani me saok ker de aur aloo ko cheel ker do adha ker ke.
Aloo ko chako ke nok se stuffing karne ke liye jagah bana le yani aloo ko chako ki nok ko bhich se stuffing bharne ki jagha banale. aloo me stuffing ke liye jagah ban jaye jisme stuffing bhare..ab aloo ko dho ker gass stove per cooker me dale thora namak dal ker tez anch per 2 citi lagaye.aur isse khol le.phir sweetcorn ko cooker me dale thora namak 1 cup pani dal ker tez anch per 3 se 4 citi lagaye.ab cooker thanda hone per khole.ab sweetcorn ko mixjar me piss le. aur saat me masala bhi taiyaar kare 2 pyaz ,adrak,lahson ka paste bana le.aur tamater ko alag mixjar me dal ker alag paste banaye.ab stuffing banane ke liye gass per karahi rakhe 2 tbsp oil dale thora sa jira dale jira karakne per thora sa pyaz chop hari mirch chop dale thora sa haldi powder dale ab basan dal ker bhune aur sweetcorn dal ker mila le.sab bhun jaye to gass band kare.ab stuffing jo bana hai usse aloo me bhare aloo ke jo bich me khali jagah hai ussme bhare aur dono aloo ko ek dosre se jor de aur 2 theeth pick ye neem ke stick le ker dono aloo ko jor lege de sab ko iss tarah stuffing kare.
ab gass stove per high flame per karahi rakhe 1 cup oil dale oil garm hone per aloo stuff ko oil me tale( fry ) jab ye fry kare .jab fry ho jaye nikal le ussi karahi me agar fry karne ke bad oil bacha hai to ussi karahi me 1/2 cup oil dale oil garm hone per thora jira dale jira karak jaye to 1 inch dalchini 4 long dale phir pyaz lashon adrak 1 tbsp haldi powder,1/2 lal mirch powder 1tbsp daniya powder 1/2 tbsp kasmiri mirch powder ka paste dale bhune jab ye bhun jaye to tamater ka paste dale bhune aur dahi dal ker puri tarah bhune jab bhun jaye to 1 glass water (pani) dale aur garam hone de phir isme aloo stuffing dale aur 10 minut tak dimi anch per pakaye.ab thora sa gram masala dale aur gass band ker de aur uper se daniya patta garnish kar ab ye puri tarah taiyaar hai.
Ye donga me nikal ker sarve kare. Ye recipe bahut delicious bani hai.jo dekne me acchi to khane me kitni testy hogi. Isse rice, roti, parathe ke saat parose.
