Pui Dal Recipe
Ingredients
Pui ka patta - 1/2 kg
Masoor dal - 150 gram
Pyaz - 2 bada
Adrak - 1 inch
Lahson ki kaliya - 10 pice
Tamatar - 1 bada
Haldi powder -1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp
Daniya powder 2 tbsp
Black mustard seeds (raiy)-1/2 tbsp
Gram masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kasmiri mirich powder - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 3 bada tbsp
Namak sawad ke anusar
Cooked kerne ka method
Phele pui ke patta ko saaf se dho ker barik (choota) kat le.
Pyaz , adrak , lahson , ka paste bana le.aur tamater ka alag paste bana le.
Aur dal ko pani se dho ker rakh le. Ab gass stove per cooker rakhe ge.
cooker gram hone per mustard oil dale .
jab oil gram ho jaye to black mustard seeds (raiy) dale. aur karakne de.
jab karke jaye to pyaz ,lashon ,adrak, ka paste dale aur bhune yani browe hone de .
phir haldi powder, lalmirch powder , daniya powder, dale aur bhune.
jab bhun jaye to tamater ka paste dal ker bhune ye bhi bhun jaye to masoor dal dale ker bhune aur isske bad pui ka kate hoye patte ko dal ker bhune.
.. jab puri tarah bhun jaye to issme me 11/2 glass pani dale aur cooker ko band ker de .3 citi tez anch per pakaye.
ab phir 15 minut tak dimi anch per pakne de.jab 15 minut tak pakaye.tab jaye to gass stove ko band ker de.
Phir cooker ki citi apne se nikalne de.phir cooker ko khol ker sabzi mein gram masala powder mila le.
Ab ye traditional Pui Dal Ki recipe taiyaar hai sarve karne ke liye. Issey bowl mein nikal ker rice ya chapati , ya parathe ke saat sarve kere.
