Muharram Special Roat Recipe Kaise Banate Hai
Muharram Special Roat ye ek tarah ki
khasta biscuit tipe ki hoti hai .jo banne
ke bad khasta aur crunchy hoti hai.lekin
Ye sawad Tabe per hota haI.
Ingredients.
300 gram - madia
100 gram - Atta
100 gram - soojI
200 gram - suger
100 gram - gur
100 gram - peanut
100 gram - refined
50 gram - coconut
3 tbsp - while til
3 tbsp - khas khas(poppy seeds)
1 tbsp - chooti elachi powder
8 piece - kaju(chew nut )
10 piece - kishmis
Roat ke liye madia ka dough Taiyaar kare.
1 . Sooji ko kadahi me 2 minut helka gram ker le.sooji brown nahi karna hai. sirf gram karna hai.
Suger aur gur ko sheera banaye.gass stove per kadahi rakhe.aur gass flame ko caloo kare kadahi me 1 glass water dale water me suger aur gur dal ker mix kare dono mix ho to gass band ker de. Suger aur gur ko sirf mix karna hai .sheera ko ghara nahi karna hai.
2 . 100 Peanut ko gass per dimi anch per pan me rost ker le peanut ka cover ko nikal le. 50 gram peanut blender me dardra power bale.50 gram peanut do piece ker ke rakh le.
Coconut ko cheel ker greater se crush ker.aur 6 piece long kat le .
3 . Ek bada bwol le issme maida, atta, soojI, chooti elachi powder, crush coconut, dardra peanut, 2 tbsp White til ,2 tbsp khas khas, mila le.aur 100 gram madia oil dal ker madia ko haat se mix kare puri tarah mix hoye haat se mooti bhandti hai to maida me refined oil ki quantity sahi hai .
4 . Ab madia me suger aur gur ka sheera ko thora thora ker ke mix kare. Sheera ko mix ker ke soft dough Taiyaar kare. Ab Dough ko 15 minut ke liye dak ker rakh de.

5 . 15 minut ke bad madia dough ko ek bar haat se mix kare dough ko 2 hisso( piece ) me kat le .jisse 2 Roat bane ge.
Ab ek plate me white til, kash khas , crush coconut powder. Khara coconut, khara peanut, kaju ,kishmis, sabko mila ker rakh le. ab dough ka ek loai le acchi tarah mix ker gol kare aur loai per sare dry fruit ka mix loai per lagade. dry fruit ke mixture ko haato se jor se loai per daba(press ) ker laga le .aur loai ko belan choka per dhire daire daba ker bele.itna bada bele ki Roat ki motai 1/2 inch mota rahe .aur Roat ki size apne ansar rakhe.iss tarah dono ko bel le.
6 . Ab mooti lohe ke taba le .gass stove per taba ko puri tarah gram hone de. jab taba gram ho jaye to gass ke flame ko dhimi Ker de .aur bela houa Roat dale aur gass ki flame dhimi Ker rakhe aur Roat ko plate se dak ker 3 minut ke liye pakaye.dhimi anch per pakaye.ab Roat ko dosrI taraf plate ke me nikal ker palte. phir 3 minut tak dhimi anch per pakaye. phir roat ko palte se 1 minut ke liye dak ker rost kare . aur 5 minut ke liye gass band ker de. ussey Tabe per pakne de .phir 5 minut ke bad gass ko caloo kare aur ulat , plat ker 2 minut tak tabe per dak ker dhimi anch per pakaye. phir gass band ker dak ker 5 minut tak choor de.jisse Roat under tak rost ho jaye ga .gass band ker choor dene se Roat puri tarah pak ke khasta bane ga .ek Roat ko pakne me 10 se 12 minut ya15 minut ka time lagta hai. Issey tarah dosre Roat ko taba per paka le.
Ab dono Muharram Roat ban ker taiyaar hai. ye khane me crunchy Khasta, aur Zaikedar Muharram Roat bani hai . Issey plate me nikal ker serve kere.ye 10 se 12 days tak air tait box me rakh ker khaye.
Note.
Road ka dough soft gunde jisse til, khas khas ,coconut powder. Peanut ,kaju, cipak sake.
Road ko sakte me jaldi na kare nahi to ander se kacche rahe jaye ge. Issey dimi anch per 12 se 15 minut tak pakaye .
