Pudina - 15 gram
Daniya patta -25 gram
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Hari mirch - 4 piece
Lahson ki kaliya - 4
Namak sawad ke anusar
IMLI Ki chatni ke liye.
Soak imli ka plup - 2 tbsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
Jira - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ingredients
Makhana (puffed lotus seeds ) - 100 gram
Forogen matter - 1/2 cup
Peanut (mongfali ) - 1/2 cup
Tamater - 1 piece
Pyaz - 1 piece
Cucumber - 1/2 piece
Sev - 1/2 cup
Haldi powder 1/2 tbsp
Rosted jira powder - 1/2 tbsp
Lal mirch powder -1/3 tbsp
Kali mirch powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kala namak - 1/3 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
Refined oil ya ghee - 5 tbsp
Namak sawad ke anusar
Thora sa daniya patta
Pudina daniya patta ki Chatni
Sab se pudina, daniya patta ki ChatnI taiyaar kare ge.
Pudine daniya patta ko dho ker choota kat le.ab mixture jar le.
usme pudina, daniya patta, hari mirch, lahson ki kaliya ,lemon juice, sawad ke anusar namak dal ker paste banale.pudina, daniya patta ki Chatni taiyaar hai.
Imli ki Chatni
Frypan ko gass stove per gram kare .
Gram frypan me oil dale .oil me jira dal ker karakne de.
Jira karak jaye to suger, 1/2 cup pani saat me dale.
Suger puri tarah mil jaye to imli ka plup dal kar pakaye.
Jab chatni thora ghara hone lage to gass band ker de.

Ab pyaz , tamater, cucumber ko choota chop ker le.
Gass ke flame ko tez ker ke kadahi rakhe.
Kadahi me ghee ya refined oil dale .mein forogen matter liya hai.iss liye woh matter boil hai.agar taza matter le to cooker me 1 citi boil ker lege.
Forogen matter ko kapde per rakh(water) pani ko sukha le. agar matter me pani rahe ga to oil me dalne se oorega. Iss liye puri tarah pani ko sukha le.
Jab kadahi ka oil puri tarah gram ho jaye to forogen matter ko thora thora dal ker
Kadahi ko dak ker fry kare. Fry hone per nikal le.
Ab peanut ko ussey kadahi me fry kare aur nikal le
Phir usse kadahi me Makhana ko dal ker dimi anch per rost kare .
Makhana me haldi powder, lal mirch powder, rosted jira powder, kala namak milale7 se 8 minut rost karne me lagega. Tab karkara makhana hoga.
Jab Makhana puri tarah rost ho jaye to gass ka flame band ker de.
Ab ek bowl ya donga le .bowl me chop pyaz, tamater, cucumber, ko mix kare.
Phir rosted peanut, matter, sev, Makhana, pudina ,daniya patta, aur imli ki chatni ,chat masala, sawad ke anusar namak mila ker acche se mix kare.aur dosre donga me nikal ker sev, daniya patta se garnish kare.
