Kala Chana Kaise Banaye
Chane ko kaai tarah se kha sakte hai.Issey kaccha , ankurit ker ke ,paka ker ke kha sakte hai .aasan method se kala chana banane ki recipe. Chana pet ke liye bahut fayde mand hai.issme calcium ,iron ,protein, ki matra hoti hai.
Ingredients
Kala Chana - 250 gram
Tamater - 1 bada size
Pyaz. - 3 bada size
Adrak - 1 inch
Hari mirch - 3 piece
Lal mirch powder - 1/2 tbsp
Badi elachi - 2 piece
Chooti elachi - 2 piece
Long - 2 piece
Dalchni - 1 inch
Kali mirch - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 3 bade tbsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Pudina ya daniya patta garnish ke liye
Namak sawad ke anusar
Cook Karne ke method
1. Aaye cook karte hai. Kala chana ko 4 se 5 gante ke liye pani mein soak ker de.
2 . Ab pyaz , tamater ko chop ker le.
2 Pyaz ,adrak, gram masala, hari mirch ka mixture jar mein paste banale. Tamater ka alag paste bana le.
3 . Gass stove flame ki tez anch per cooker rakhe aur cooker mein mustard oil dale.
4 . Jab oil gram ho jaye to chopped pyaz ko brown fry kare.
5 . Fry pyaz mein soak chana dale .2 minut tak chana fry kare .phir pyaz ,adrak, gram masala ka paste, 1/2 lal mirch powder dal ker bhune .jab bhun jaye to tamater ka paste dale aur bhune.
6 . Sab bhun jaye to 1 gass water ,chat masala, sawad ke anusar namak dal ker cooker ko 5 se 6 citi aane tak band ker de .citi aane tak flame ko tez rakhe.5 se 6 citi ke bad gass ki flame ko dhimi Ker ke 5 minut tak pakne de.
7 . 5 minut 5 bad flame ko band ker de. aur city ko come out(nikane) de.
8 . Ab kala Chana serve ke liye ready hai. Issey plate ya bowl me nikal ker pudina ,ya daniya patta ,hari mirch ,se garnish kare.
Ye kala Chana ki recipe tasty banane ker taiyaar hai. Issey rice ,puri,chapati, parathe, ya sirf chana me pyaz ,tamater daniya patta mila kar kha sakte hai.
