Daliya healthy food hai .daliya me poshak tattva magnesium , protein, carbohydrate , paye jane hai.daliya me fiber ki matra bahut hoti hai.jo hamare pachan (digestion) system ko sahi rakha hai.hum daliya se kaai verity bana sakte hai.

Ingredients
1 piyali - Wheat daliya(gehu ki daliya)
1/2 piyali - forozen matter
1/3 piece - cucumber (khira )
1 medium size - pyaz
1 bada size - tomato
1 tbsp - chana dal
3 piece - hari mirch

1/4 tbsp - lal mirch powder
1/2 tbsp - jira
1/2 tbsp -rai (black mustard seeds)
1/2 tbsp - kala namak
4 tbsp - refined oil ya ghee
Sawad ke anusar namak

Mein Bulgur wheat vegetable upma cooker. me banayu gi.
▪ Chana dal ko 10 minut ke liye pani me soak ker de ge.
▪ daliya ke liye pani gram (boil) kare.1 piyali daliya hai. too ussey piyali se pani 2 piyali 1/4 piyali de.yani 2 1/4 piyali pani de ge.
▪ Pyaz , tamater, khira (cucumber), daniya. patta ko chop ker le ge .hari mirch ko do piece me kat le.
▪ daliya me apne pasand ki kaoi bhi vegetables dal sakte hai.
▪ Ab gass ka flame chaloo ker ke kadahi rakhe. Kadahi gram hone per 1 tbsp refined oil ya ghee dale aur daliya ko halka rost kare .2 se 3 minut tak dhimi anch per rost kare .daliya ko daair tak ya brown rost na kare.
▪ Ab gass stove ke flame ko tez kerke cooker ko rakhege.
▪ jab cooker gram hone per 3 tbsp refined oil dale. Jab oil gram ho jaye to jira dale.
▪ jab jira karak jaye to rai dale.aur chana dal dale thora sa bhune phir chop pyaz dale ker.curry patta dale.
1 minut halka soft kare.
▪ pyaz soft hone per forogen matter ,chop cucumber dale .lal mirch powder dale.1 minut tak bhune.
▪ phir tamater dale 1/2 minut bhune.kala namak dale. aur jo daliya veg upma ke liye pani boil kiya hai .veg me dale ge.
▪ Aur saat me rost daliya dale .aur sawad ke anusar namak mila le .gass ki anch ko tez ker ke do citi aane tak cooker ko band ker de .
▪do citi aane per 2 minut gass ki anch ko dhimi Ker de.jab 2 minut ho jaye too gass ki flame ko band ker de.
▪ cooker ki citi nikalne de. jab puri citi nikal jaye too cooker khol ker halka halka chalaye.
