Tandoori Naan Roti Ghar Me Tabe per banaye ge.who bhi bina yeast ke.mein Tandoori Naan Roti gehu (wheat) ke aate se banaugi.
Ingredients
Gehu (wheat) ka aata - 300 gram
Suger - 100 gram
Refined oil - 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Baking soda. - 1/2 tbsp
Dahi (curd) - 1/2 cup
Salt - 2 pinch
Gur - 4 tbsp
White til - 2 tbsp

Taba Tadoori Naan Roti banane ke ek bowl le ge.us bowl me Aata ko cheelni se chaan le ge. aur issme 1 tbsp baking powder , 1/2 baking soda pure aate me haato se mix ker le.aur Aate ke bichme jagah bana le. Aate ke bichme 100 gram suger dale, 1/2 cup dahi, 4 tbsp refined oil, 2 pinch namak dal ker haato se mix kare jab puri tarah mix ho jaye to thora thora pani (water )dal ker aate ka softhe dough bana le . Aate ke dough banane ke bad bowl me rakh ker dake .ya plate se ya koi cloth ( towel) se dak ker 2 se 3 gante (hour) ke liye rakhe.
AbI ke summer(garmi) season me Aate ko double hone me itna time lagta hai . Lakin cold season me 5 se 6 gante lag sakte hai. Aate ko 2 se 3 gante bad khole ge. tab Aate double ho gaye ga aur sponge bhi kare ga .jab Aate ko finger (ungli ) se daba ker dekhe ge too sponge kare ga .aate ungli se dabe ga phir who upper outt jaye ga .thora sa dough ko phir haat se milaye.yani soft aur sponge bana le .ye hi pahchaan hai Tandoori Naan Roti banane ke Aate ka jisse Taba Tadoori Naan Roti soft or molayam ban ker taiyaar hogi.

Aue fork ya spoon se Naan ke uper halka halka daba de ya hole ker de.
Ab Taba ko gass stove per rakhe tez anch per gram hone de jab gram ho jaye to gass flame dimi ker de. aur bela houa Naan Tabe per dale dimi anch per rakh ker 5 minut tak cook kare phir Taba ko ulat ker uper ki side ko uoche stand per rakhker 1 se 2 minut ke liye dimi anch per pakaye to Tandoori Naan under tak acche se cook ho gaye ga.Issey tarah dosrek Naan ki bele aur taba per dimi anch per 4 se 5 minut tak dono side se pakaye.
