Ingredients
Puai ka patta - 8 se 10 piece
Besan -100 gram
Rice flour (chabal ka atta ) - 2 tbsp
Aamchor powder - 1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp
Haldi powder - 1 tbsp
Jira powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kali mirch powder 1/2 tbsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 250 gram
Namak sawad ke according

Pakoda Banane Ki Bidhi
Mein ne puai ka patta ghar ka liya hai. Agar ghar me puai ke pad nahi hai to Aap bazar se puai ka patta le le.puai ke patte ko acche se dho le aur iska pani sukha le.
Ab ek bowl le usme 100 gram besan , 2 tbsp chabal ka atta, 1 tbsp aamchor powder dal ker mix kare .mix hone per lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jira powder, kali mirch powder, chat masala, dal mix kare aur thora thora pani dal ker ghara paste banale aur sawad ke according namak dale.aur 1/2 gante ke liye dak ker rakh de.
Ab gass ka flame chalo ker ke kadahi gass stove per rakhe ge.aur kadahi me 250 gram mustard oil dale jab oil puri tarah gram ho jaye to puai ke patte ko besan ke paste me haat se ek patte ko le ker acchi tarah dip kare. aur besan me dip kiye hoye patte ko kadahi ke gram oil me dhire se dale .ek bar 2 se 3 besan ke Bachka ko fry kare .Issey tarah sare bachke ko besan me dal ker dip ker ke fry kare .ab sare kurkure bachke (pakoda )ban ker taiyaar hai. Issey grama gram evening ke nasty me chai se saat serve kare.
Ye gram khane me tasty aur kurkuri lagti hai.
