Khadi ke liye
Ingredients.
● 1 cup - khatti dahi (curd)
● 150 gram - Besan
● 11/2 tbsp - haldi powder
● 1/2 tbsp - lal mirch powder
● 1/2 tbsp - jira
● 1/2 tbsp - black mustard seeds(rai)
● 6 piece - curry patta
● 2 piece - tez patta
● 4 piece - lahson ki kaliya
● 3 se 4 tbsp - mustard oil
● namak sawad ke according
Pakora ke liye
● 1 cup - Masoor dal
● 2 tbsp - urad dal
● 1/2 tbsp - haldi powder
● 1/3 tbsp - lal mirch powder
● 15 piece - khara kali mirch (golmirch)
● 1 piece - pyaz
● 2 piece - hari mirch
● 200 gram - mustard oil
● thora sa daniya patti
● salt to taste according
Kadhi Pakode Banane Ka Tarika .
Sabse phele Masoor dal aur urad dal ko mila le. dono dal ko mila ker dhole aur 3 gante ke liye pani mein soak ker de. jab soak ho jaye to mixture jar mein paste banale.dal ke paste ko 10 minut ke liye haat se chammach ke saat mix kare ya (feate). isse Pakore phoole phoole bane ge.
Aaye ab Kadhi banana start karte hai. mein ne ghar ki jammi hoai dahi li hai .dahi khatti honi chaye. jisse Kadhi ka taste accha bane ga. ab mixture jar (bada size ka jar le ge) jisse Kadhi ka paste banane me aasanI hogi. us mixture jar mein 1 cup (khatti dahi )
150 gram besan , 11/2 haldi powder, 1/2 lal mirch powder, 1/2 water dal ker iss ka paste bana le agar paste bane me aur pani chaye to 1/2 pani mila ker mixture jar ko ek bar phir se paste (feate) le . ab bade dagchi ya kadahi mein paste ko bade kadahi ya dagchi me nikal le apne quantity ke hisab se 2 se 3 gass pani mila ker Kadhi ka ghol taiyaar ker lege. ab gass stove per tez anch per Kadhi ke ghol ka dagchi ya kadahi rakhe.aur ge aur isse regular (barabar) paichula ya chammach chalate rahe ge. tab tak chalate rahe jak tak Kadhi mein boil na aaye. Iss ko dimi anch per 20 se 25 minut tak pakaye. Kadhi me besan puri tarah pak jaye aur khadi bhi ghara hone jaye . ab isme sawad ke according namak dal ker Kadhi ko dak de.
Ab Pakora banaye. jo pakore ke liye mix dal me hali powder ,lal mirch powder milaye . pyaz ,hari mirch ,hari daniya patti ko chop ker ke mile le aur khari kali mirch ,sawad ke according namak milale le .gass per kadahi rakhe.aur isme 200 gram mustard oil dale gass ka flame high rakhe geJab oil puri tarah gram ho jaye. Oil se heat aane lage to Pakode ko ek size ke hisab se oil me ek bar mein jitna oil me ate dale aur fry kare .sare Pakore ko isse tarah fry ker le.
Aur sare Pakore ko Kadhi mein dale.
Ab khadi me Chaoka lagane ke le .Chaoka lagane ke liye kadahi ya kerchool lege. Kadahi ya kerchool me 4 tbsp mustard oil dale jab oil gram ho jaye to jira dale,rai dale,ye karakne lage to khara lal mirch dale,curry patta dale ker Kadhi me chaok laga le.ab Kadhi Pakora puri tarah taiyaar ho gaye hai .
Kadhi Pakore ko gragram rice ke saat serve kare. ye khane me ya soop ke tarah pine me bahut sawadist aur tasty lagti hai . ye iss season me ek bar jaror banaye .iss season me bana ker khane ka sawad bade jata hai.agar ye Kadhi Pakore recipe pasad Aaye to comment kare.
