Maida ki kasta tikrie kaise banate hai
Aaye kasta namkin tikrie ya mithi tikrie ke bare mein jante hai is me kiya kiya ingredients lagegi. aur iske banane ka method kiya hai.
Ingredients.
Namain Tikrie ke liye
♢ Aata ya maida - 300 gram
♢ 1/2 tbsp - ajwain
♢ 1/2 tbsp - namak ya sawad ke anusar
♢ 50 gram - ghee ya refined oil (aata ya maida m dal ker mix kerne ke liye)
♢ 250 gram - refined oil fry kerne ke liye
Mithi Tikrie ke liye.
♢ Aata ya maida - 300 gra. ♢ suji (rava) - 2 tbsp
♢ chooti elachi powder -1/4 tbsp
♢ suger. - 100 gram ya apne according
♢ ghee ya refined oil - 60 gram(aata ya madia m dal ker mix kerne ke liye)
♢ fry kerne ke liye - 250 gram refined oil ya ghee.
Banane ka method
Aaye banana start karte hai.mein aata m thora sa madia mix ker bana rahi hau Namkin tikrie.ek bowl mein 250 gram aata me 50 gram madia mix ker lege. aur 1/2 tbsp ajwain mila le.aur namak 1/2 tbsp ya sawad ke according mila le.ab is me mein 50 gram ghee ya refined oil mila ker aata ya maida m puri tarah hand se mix kare. Iss tarah mix kare ke haat ke moothi m bandh jaye.ab is me thora thora pani dal ker aata ya madia ko gunde is ka roti se hard due bana le. aur isse 10 se 15 minut ke liye dhak ke rakh de.
Ab banate hai mithi tikrie. Ye bhi wahi proses hai bas isme suger daalna hai.suger ko 1 /2 cup pani medal ker gass per dimi anch per rakh ker suger ko pani me mint karege.is ko regular chalate hoye pani m mix ker de ge.aur gass stove ko band ker de ge .aur chasni ko thanda hone ke liye rakhe de.
bowl me 250 aata 50 maida 2 tbsp suji (rava) ko mix kare ge phir chooti elachi powder mila le ge .aur 50 se 60 gram ghee ya refined oil aata m acchi tarah mix kare Sara mix kerne ke bad isse haat ke moothi me bandh jaye to isme me suger sirap (chasni)ko thora thora mila le. aur roti se tait due bana le.ja due bana jaye to 10 minut ke liye dhak ker rakhe de.
Ab namkin tikrie ke due ko 2 hisse (size) me ker le ya loai bana le aur isse belan chota per 1 /2 inch ki motai per bele gass ya koi dakken se sape bana le.isse method se sare due ka sape banale.
Mithi tikrie ke liye uper bale method se size me kat le ya koi dosre design m bhi sape de sakte hai.
Ab gass per kadahi rakhe.aur us me 250 oil ya ghee dale aur puri tarah gram hone de jab oil ya ghee gram ho jaye to thora sa aata dal ker chek ker le . oil ka tikrie fry kerne ke liye temprecher sahi hai to tikrie ko 4 pice ya kadahi me jinna space hai usse hisab se dale.aur gass ke flame ko dimi ker ke 5 se 7 minut ya tikrie ko apne hisab ke andaz se fry hone de aur u later palate ker rahe anch dimi hone jarorat hai .is se ander se crispy aur kasta tikrie ban ker taiyaar hogi.isse method per sare tikrie ko fry kare.
Jb sab fry ho jaye to garmagram sarve kare. Aur isse baccho ke lunchbox m de.morning ya evening me chai ke saat serve kare.aur isse 10 day tak air tait box me rakh ker morning aur evening me chai ke saat kasta tikrie ka lattf (zakia) le sakte hai.
NOTE.
Kasta tikrie sirf aata ka bhi bana sakte hai. Aur surf maida ka bhi bana sakte hai.
Ye dimi anch per fry kerne se jiyada crispy
banata hai.
