Ingredients
DOUGH KE Liye.
¤ madia - 300 gram
¤ ghee ya refined oil - 60 gram. (Dough ke liye )
¤ suger powder - 2 tbsp
¤ kishmis - 15 se 20 pieces

Sheera ke liye
¤ suger - 400 gram
¤ orange food color - 1 pinch
¤ water - 1 cup
¤ Chooti elachi powder -thora sa
¤ kaura water - 2 bund

Sheera Puri Banane ke Method
Aaye banana start kare.madia ko ek bowl me chaan le us me ghee ya refined oil mila ker haato se puri tarah mix kare . jab puri tarah mix ho jaye to 2 tbsp sugar powder, chooti elachi powder, mila le aur halka mix kere.ab mix maida me thora thora water mila ker gondhe ge. Puri ka dough thora tait gondhe ge .Dough ko gondhe ke bad 15 minut ke liye dak ker rakh de ge.
Ab sheera ko banane le.gass stove per kadahi rakhe.aur us me 1 cup water dale aur 400 gram suger dale gass ki flame ko tez ker suger ko water me boil kare.10 se 12 minut tak boil kare .sheera ek taar ka taiyaar kare .sheera ko check ker ke dekhe.jab ye haat se check kare ge to halka chipke ga .ab is me food color, chooti elachi powder , 2 bund kuura water dale.aur gass ke flame ko band ker de.
Ab sare dough ka ek bada lemon size ka golakar bana le.ek gola le ker belan choka per bele. Isse patli puri ke tarah bele. aur iss puri se 1 inch ki size ka kat le.ek puri ka 5 se 6 lambe size kat le ge .ab 1 inch ke lambe size ko haato se round ya role kare ge .phir round ya (role) ko dosre 1 inch ke uper mila ker round ya (role) kare ge ya lapete ge phir tissre 1 inch per role ya round kare ya lapete ge phir chaothe 1 inch per role ya round kare ge phir panchve 1 inch puri ke lambe size per role ya (round )kare ge. Isse tarah ek puri ko ek dosre role bana ker taiyaar ker le . Aur phir ek ek ker ke belan coaka per halka halka bele.is tarah sare puri ko bel le .8 se 10 puri ban kar taiyaar hogi. ab gass per dosri kadahi rakhe. aur oil ya ghee dale gass ke flame ko tez kerke oil ya ghee puri heat ker le .aur jo
