Balushahi Ricepe Kaise Banaye

Ingredients.
Quantity ke hisab se
Maida - 250 gram
Ghee - 60 gram(moiyn ke liye)
Hari elachi powder - 1/3 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tbsp
Namak - 1 pinch
Kaju(caswnut ) - 6 peice
Badam (almond ) - 6 peice
Kishmis - 10 peice
Suger - 350 gram
Oil ya ghee - fry kerne ke liye
Banane Ka Tarika.
Aaye banana start karte hai. Ek bowl le ge. 250 maida ko chaani se chaan lege.ab maida m 1 pinch namake 1/4 hari elachi powder ,1/2 tbsp Baking powder dal ker mila lege. Ab 60 gram ghee dal ker maida ko acche se mix kare.Balushahi me ghee jaror dale.ghee se is ke sawad bhaut task ho jata hai.madia me ghee dal ker moyen ko acchi tarah mix kare.mix karne ke bad maida ko moothi me bandh ker dekhe. Ab madia me moyen sahi hai to thora thora pani dal ker halka halka maida ko mila le.jiyada jor laga ker madia ko nahi gunde ge .isse pani dal ker maida ko halka halka jore ge .thora thora pani le maida ko halka hathoo se jore aur soft duo laga ker taiyaar ker le.aur 10 se 15 minut ke liye Balushahi duo ko dak ker rakh de.
Ab chalate hai Balushahi ka chasni banane. chasni ke liye 350 gram suger aur 1 cup pani lege.isse gass stove per rakhe ge. aur chasni me hari elachi powder dale ge. Tez anch per Suger ko puri tarah boil kare ge.jab ye boil hone lage aur cashni gahra hone lage aur chammach se cashni ko uper gira ker chek kare
.jab cashni se taar choirne lage.aur taar dire dire girne lage to cashai perfect taiyaar haI
...Ab Balushahi ke due ko ek Lemon size ka le ge.aur haat per gol boolean bana ker dono haat of se daba de ge aur bich me finger se thora daba de ge.isse tarah sare due se Balushahi ka sape bana le.
Ab gass per kadahi rakhe.aur us me ghee ya refined oil dale.Lekin ghee me fry kare se jiyada sawadist banta haI. mein ne ghee me fry kiya hai.ghee ya oil dal ker puri tarah gram kare jab gram ho jaye to 4 piece Balushahi dal ker fry kare aur gass ke anch ko dhimi Ker ke 10 se 12 minut tak pakaye dimi anch per ya jab puri tarah fry ho jaye to halka gram cashni me dal ker choor de .isse tarahum sare Balushahi ko fry ker le ge aur halka gram cashai me dal ker 1/2 ganta ke liye choor de ge.1/2 gante ke bad ye sarve karne ke liye taiyaar hai.isse kaju, badam, kismis, decorated ker ke sarve kare.isse 2se 4 days tak rakh sakte hai.

Balushahi ka duo ko halke hathoo se milaye.
Jab oil puri tarah gram ho jaye to Balushahi dal ker anch ko dhimi ker fry kare.
