Seem Ke Beej Aloo Ki Sabzi
Ingredients
Seem Ke Beej - 200 gram
Aloo. - 200 gram
Pyaz - 2 bada size
Tamater - 1 bada size Garlic(lahson ki kaliya) - 12 pice
Ginger (adrak) - 1 inch
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Jira - 1/2 tbsp
Haldi powder - 1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder - 1/4 tbsp
Kasmiri mirich powder - 1/2 tbsp
Daniya powder (coriander )1 tbsp
Gram masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 3 bada tbsp
Coriander leave garnish ke liye
Namak sawad ke anusar I
Method
Seem Ke Beej ko 6 hours ya raat bhar ke liye pani mein soak ker dege. Jab puri tarah soak ho jaye to gass stove per cooker rakhe aur seem Ke Beej ko cooker mein dale 1 glass pani dale thora sa namak thora sa haldi powder dale aur 5 citi tez anch perror pakaye phir gass ka dimi anch ker 8 minut ke liye pakaye.jab tak masala ki taiyaar kerege.lahson, adrak, pyaz, tamater, ko chop ker le. Ye rice , rotI , puri , parathe ke saat khane mein bahut sawadist lagta hai .
