》 Haldi powder 11/2 tbsp
》 Lal mirch powder -1/2 tbsp
》 Daniya powder - 1 tbsp
》 Jira (rosted) powder - 1/2 tbsp
》 Gram masala powder -1/2 tbsp
》 kali mirch powder - 1/2 tbsp
》 Dalchni - 1 inch
》 Tez patta - 2 piece
》 Mustard oil - 1 cup
》 Namak sawad ke according
Banane Ki Bidhi .
Arbi ko cheel ker dho le .Iss me 1 tbsp namak dal ker dhone se iss ka laraha looaab kum ho jata hai. Arbi do dho ker do piece ker le.aur kadahi ko gass stove per rakhe. gass ka flame chalo kare. aur kadahi me 4 tbsp oil dale .oil gram hone per Arbi ko tez anch per halka fry kare .
Ab Iss ka masala ko taiyaar kare ge. Pyaz ,tamater ka mixture jar mein paste banale. lahson, adrak a alag paste bana le . gass stove per cooker rakhe ge.aurgass flame ko caloo ker lege. jab cooker gram ho jaye to mustard oil dale jab oil gram ho jaye to dalchini, tezpatta dale ge.aur lahson, adrak ka paste dal ker halka bhune aur pyaz, tamater ka paste ko dal ker bhune. jab ye bhun jaye to haldi powder, lal mirch powder, daniya power ,dale aur 1/2 cup water dale sare masala ko mix kare aur tez anch per bhune.jab tak masala se na oil alag hone lage tab tab bhune. Puri tarah bhune ke bad Masoor dal dho ker dale aur bhune aur saat sawad ke according namak dale fry arbi dal ker bhune. jab ye bhun jaye to 2 se 3 glass water dale aur gass ka flame high rakhe aur cooker ko band ker ke 4 se 5 citi aane de jab 5 citi aye to gass ke flame ko medium to low per 10 minut tak pakaye. 10 minut ke bad gass keflame ko band ker de. aur city apne se nikalne de.

Arbi ko pakane se phele fry kare. rosted jira powder dalne se iski sawad bad jati hai.
