Stuffed Dal Pithi
Ingredients
Dough ke liye
▪ 2 cup - wheat flour( gehu ka aata)
▪ 1/4 tbsp -ajwain
▪ 1/2 tbsp - haldi powder
▪ 1/4 tbsp - lal mirch powder
▪ 2 tbsp - oil
▪ 1/4 tbsp - salt (namak)
Stuffing Ke Liye
▪ 2 bade - aloo boiled (potato)
▪ 1/2 tbsp- frozen green peas boiled (hare mater)
▪ 1/4 tbsp - adrak chopped
▪ 1/4 tbsp - hari mirch (green chilli chopped )
▪ 1/4 tbsp - jira
▪ 1/4 tbsp - amchor powder
▪ 2 tbsp - oil
▪ 1/4 tbsp - namak
Dal Ke Liye
▪ 1/2 cup - Arhar dal
▪ 4 tbsp - Masoor dal
▪ 2 pice - tamater
▪ 1 inch - adrak
▪ 5 - lashon ki kaliya
▪ 1/2 tbsp - jira
▪ 1 inch - dalchini
▪ 3 pice - longh
▪ 1 tbsp - haldi powder
▪ 1/2 tbsp - lal mirch powder
▪ 1 tbsp - daniya powder(coriander powder)
▪ 1/2 tbsp - gur
▪ 1/2 tbsp - tamarind pulp (imli ke plup)
▪ 1/2 cup - mustard oil
▪ 1/2 tbsp - chat masala
▪ namak sawad ke anusar
Cooked Karne Ki Bidhi
Arhar dal masoor dal ko mila ker dhole. aur cooker mein dale 2 cup pani dale thora sa haldi powder aur 1/2 tbsp namak dal ker gass stove per rakhe .
5 citi aane tak pakaye aur gass band ker de. dal ke liye masala tamater ,adrak ,lashon ka paste banale .aur jo dal boil kiya hai usse bhi mixjar mein grand ker le.
Ab ata ka dough banale 2 cup ata le isme ajwain, haldi powder, mirch powder , namak 2 tbsp oil mila ker haat se mix kare aur pani dal ker puri ke tarah dough ko gondhe.
Ab dough ke liye Stuffing ko banane ke liye boil aloo ko mix kare aur gass per karahi rakhe karahi me 2 tbsp oil dale isme thora sa jira dale chopped hari mirch ,
chopped adrak thora sa haldi powder, thora sa lal mirch powder dale phir aloo aur mater dal ker mix kare thora 1/2 tbsp namak ,aamchor powder dal ker mix kare 3 minut ke bad utar le.

Ab ate ki dough ki chooti chooti goli banale. aur aloo stuffing ki bhi chooti chooti goli banale. ab ate ki dough ki goli se puri bele aur stuffing dal karke issey design se banaye.iss photo me jo design hai uss tarah banaye ya koi aur design banale.
Dal Taiyaar Kare
Gass stove per dipp pan rakhe. 1/2 cup oil dale oil garam hone per jira dale.
jira catak jaye to longh, dalchini ka pice dale .
jab ye gram ho jaye to tamater , lahson, adrak, ka paste dale .aur 1 tbsp haldi, 1/2 tbsp powder, lal mirch powder, 1tbsp daniya powder, 1/2 kasmiri lal mirch ,dale .
thora pani dale aur bhune puri tarah bhune jaye aur masale oil chor de to dal ka paste dale aur mila le.
ab isme 2 glass pani dale aur boil hone de.
jab boil hone lage to bana houa stuff pithi dal de aur dak ker 20 minut ke liye pakaye.
jab ye dal ke uper tairne lage.ya uper aajaye to ye ab taiyaar hone bala hai isse ek bar halka chalaye .
phir 5 minut pakaye ab ye taiyaar ho gaya hai. Ab ise bade donga me nikal ker parose .
ye kise time ke khane mein shamil ker sakte hai .ye raat ke dinner mein paros sakte hai. ye recipe aap ko kaisa laga jaror comment kare.
