Vapaore ke liye ingredients

🔹 1/4 tbsp - Haldi powder
🔹 1/5 tbsp - lal mirch powder
🔹 1/2 tbsp - dahi
🔹 thora sa - ajwain
🔹 1/5 tbsp - kali mirch powder
🔹 thora sa namak
Tadka banane ke liye ingredients
🔹 2 - Pyaz
🔹 2 - Tamater
🔹 2 pice - Hari mirch
🔹 1 inch - Adrak
🔹 10 - lahson ki kaliya
🔹 3 tbsp - Dahi
🔹 5 pice - curry patta
🔹 1/3 tbsp - jira
🔹 1/3 tbsp - rai (mustard seeds)
🔹 1 tbsp - Haldi powder
🔹 1/2 tbsp - lal mirch powder
🔹 1 tbsp - daniya powder
🔹 1 tbsp - kasmiri mirch powder
🔹 1/2 cup - mustard oil
🔹 1/2 tbsp - gram masala powder
🔹 daniya patta garnish ke liye

Banane Ke Bidhi
Besan ko piyale m dale ker haldi powder , lal mirch , dahi , ajwain , kali mirch powder, thora sa namak milale le aur pani dal ker ghara paste bana le.
Aur 1 gante (1hour) ke liye dak ker rakh de .
AbTadka ke liye masala ko taiyaar kare . lahson , adrak , ko dardara koot le .
pyaz ka paste bana le .tamater hari mirch ka alag paste banale.
Ab besan ko fate le .aur gass per deep bartan rakhe usme 2 glass pani dale aur bich mein ek stand rakhe .
Aur ek plate per oil se garnish kare aur jo besan ka paste hai usse teaspoon( chammach) se plate per thora thora besan rakhe Doori bana ker rakhe.
Ab plate ko gass per rakhe bartan mein jo stand hai us per rakhe aur dak ker 1/2 gante ke liye pakne de.
jab 1/2 gante ho jaye to nikal ker thanda ker le aur plate se choori ke shahare nikal le ab isse alag rakhe.
Ab Tadka ke liye gass stove per kadahi rakhe aur 1/2 cup oil dale.
jab oil gram ho jaye to curry patta dale jira , rai , dale.
jab Tadka jaye to lahson, adrak dale halal bhune phir pyaz dal ker bhune.
Pyaz bhun jaye to tamater ka paste dale aur bhune. Jab masala bhun jaye to dahi dal ker chalate rahe. jab masala puri tarah bhune jaye aur masale se oil release ho jaye to 1 glass pani dale aur sawad ke anusar namak dale.

Aur 5 minut tak dimi anch per pakaye. 5 minut ke bad gass stove band ker de.ab ye taiyaar hai uper se daniya patta ki garnish kere
