🔼 moong dal - 100 gram
🔼 oil ya ghee - 80 gram
🔼 milk. - 250 gram
🔼 suger - 150 gram
🔼 coconut powder - 2 tbsp
🔼 orange food color - 1 pinch (thora sa) ya saffron
🔼 chew nut(kaju) -10 pice
🔼 Almond (badam) -10 pice
🔼 kismis (raisins) - 15 pice
🔼 kaura - 2 bund
🔼 chootI elachi powder - 1/4 tbsp
Cook kerne ka method
Aaye banana start karte hai basundi ka halwa. Dal ko dho ker 2 gante (hour) ke liye pani mein soak ker de . sab dry fruit ko kat le.
Gass stove per milk ko boil ker thora sa 100 gram banale.ab dal ko mixjar m dal ker paste banale.ab gass stove per karahi rakhe aur 50 gram oil ya ghee dale aur jab oil ya ghee gram ho jaye to dal daal ker bhune .
bhune me thora sa orange food color ya saffron dale aur issko regular chalate rahe jab ye puri tarah bhune jaye to milk dal ker bhune .
bhune per ghee chor de to coconut powder aur suger milale aur bhune .
phir iss mein kaju , badam , kismis , dale aur chalate rahe ab jo ghee hai is mein dal de aur chalate rahe .
Basoondi Ka Halwa |
Ab issey grama gram serve kare uper se kuch kaju badam garnish kare aur isse 2 se 4 days tak rakh ker khaye .
Note.
Ghee me halwa banane se basundi Halwa ka test bad jata hai.
Moog dal ko ghee ya oil dal ker puri tarah bhune.jab tak ghee ya oil puri tarah mil jaye.
