Ingredients
▪ 100 gram - Atta
▪ 500 gram - full cream milk
▪ 4 tbsp. - Amulya milk powder
▪ 2 pice - chootI elachi
▪ thora sa - coconut (nariyal)
▪ 200 gram - suger
. ▪ 6 pice - kaju (caswnut )
▪ 6 pice - badam (almond )
▪ 10 pice - kismis
▪ 1 tbsp - ghee
COOKing Method
Pithi bane ke method uper bataya gaya hai.ab coconut ko kaddukash (khaurush) le.
ab gass per dihmi anch per milk ko boil ker ke ghara kare ya 15 minut dhimi anch per boil hone de.aur milk ko 2 minut per chalate rahe ge.
jab boil hone per milk ghara hone lage too Amulya milk powder ko thora sa pani me mila ker boil milk mein mila de.
Ab gass stove per frypan mein ghee dale ge aur kaju (caswnut ) badam (almond ) dal ker halka tale.
phir nikal le ab bache hoye ghee mein Pithi ko halka bhune aur nikal le.Usse mein crush coconut ko halka gram kare aur plate mein nikal le .
ab gass per rakhe milk me Pithi ko dale aur dhimi anch per 10 se 15 minut tak pakne de.aur jab ye Pithi gal jaye.Issey haat se chek ker ke dekhe.
jab ye puri tarah gal jaye to suger mila de.jab tak milk ghara no ho pakate rahe.
jab milk ghara hone lage to crush coconut ,chooti elachi powder, aur kaju , badam, kismis , thora dale aur gass stove se utar le.
