👉 1/4 tbsp - jira
👉 1 pinch - hinges
👉 hari daniya patta
👉 namak sawad ke anusar
Cook Karne ke method
Anda ko boil ker le. Aur tamater, cucumber, hari mirch, arbi ke danthal , in sab barik chop kerege.
Phir lahson , adrak , ka paste bana le.aur anda ko thanda hone per Issey grater mein grat kare le.
Ab gass stove per saucepan ya kadahi rakhe.
Issey vermicelli ko dal ker halka lal bhune.jab ye bhun jaye to nikal le .
phir ussey saucepan mein 2 bada tbsp refined oil dale aur isme jira dale jab jira karak jaye to 1 pinch hing dale .
Aur chop hari mirch dale .adrak lahson ka paste dale ker bhune .issme 1/2 haldi powder, 1/4 lal mirch powder dale aur tamater dale ker thora bhune .
jab bhun jaye to chop cucumber, arbi ke danthal dale aur sab ko mila ker bhune.
jab bhun jaye to vermicelli ka double bani .yani 1 piyali vermicelli tou 2 piyani pani dale aur thora namak dale .chat masala dale.maggi.masala dale .
phir jab ye boil hone lage to vermicelli dale ker 10 minut tak pakaye aur namak sawad ke anusar rakhe.
jab vermicelli gall jaye to grated anda mila le.
Aur plate mein nikal ker nasta ke me sarve kere bhut hi saral aur easy breakfast ban ker taiyaar hai.jo dakne mein bhi accha aur khane mein bhi tasty hai.
